EnergyCare Partners with
the Lutheran Foundation

EnergyCare promotes healthier, safer home environments and independent living by providing year-round energy-related for senior households in St. Louis. With funding from the Lutheran Foundation, EnergyCare will expand services for seniors in the city and county during this winter.

EnergyCare’s preventative measures include: home energy audits, weatherization, energy efficiency measures, and consumer education to implement plans to control utility costs over time. EnergyCare continues to develop a continuum of services for older adults that is tailored to their individual needs and circumstances. EnergyCare’s services will focus on ways to reduce housing costs for older adults by decreasing their energyburden and utility costs while promoting the green movement through energy efficiency education.
