New Associate Director Joins Staff

At EnergyCare, we constantly strive to reach new heights with our mission of year-round energy related services for the most vulnerable Saint Louisans.

After searching and vetting candidates, we welcomed a new addition to the team to help envision a better future for EnergyCare.

According to Michael Hundelt, our new Associate Director, he joined EnergyCare, because it is an organization that contributes to the push for growing sustainable communities. With his nonprofit experience, innovative mind, amiability, and passion for a sustainable future, we feel that EnergyCare will be able to expand services to include a focus on preventative measures in addition to helping people in crisis.

For the last four years, Michael ran a sole consultancy called Sustainable Infrastructure Consulting. Clients from Colorado, California, and as far away as Australia hired him to solve problems using creativity and drive. Having moved back to his hometown of Saint Louis to roost, Michael is committed to making the STL a better place to raise a family. To him, this means expanding EnergyCare services to grow safe and sustainable communities across Saint Louis.
